When it comes to my home, Alex used multiple resources and went the extra mile to confirm I had coverage that would allow for replacement in the event of a disaster. I’ve now learned through Alex’s more specific inquiry I’ve been under insured for years without realizing it. "It all started when I received notice that my Esurance home owners policy was about to increase by double what I was paying (no claims). I was on the hunt for better coverage and pricing and that's when I called Alex Packs office and luckily I got Hannah. Hannah was able to get the same coverage that I had through Esurance but the price was $638 a year cheaper. Hannah was quick to point out the advantages of the new policy and I was so thrilled with Hannah's results that I bundled my auto with my homeowners. I couldn't be happier with Hannah and Alex Packs office. I would highly recommend giving Hannah a call and allowing Alex Packs staff the opportunity to provide you with excellent customer service."
